2022
In 2022, we signed a memorandum of intent to cooperate with Vietnam DST Group in the projects of a 1.2 million tons electric arc furnace, refining, and continuous casting, which is expected to yield a breakthrough.
2020
In addition to contracting the equipment business with domestic steel companies, we have established a cooperation relationship with Zhongzhong Science & Technology (Tianjin) Co. Ltd, which has marked our widespread business around the globe in the field of steel mills and the prosperity of strong bonds with domestic peers. With the strong momentum of growth, Hewei has gone public.
2019
In 2019, we sealed an RMB202 million EPC contract with Vietnam-China Steel Co., Ltd in medium frequency steelmaking, continuous casting, and ABC rolling of bar profiles, as well as a phase 2 continuous casting contract with Hoa Phat. Domestically, we further spread our business, making our gross output value beyond RMB 340 million.
2018
In September 2018, we held hands with Vietnam-China Steel Co., Ltd. to jointly establish Tangshan Hewei Engineering Equipment Co., Ltd which is underlaid by five industrial elites in rolling, continuous casting, steelmaking, supply, and overseas market. In this way, we have ushered into the age of Hewei.
